What happens first?

I will invite you for an initial consultation during which you can tell me what has brought you here and what you are hoping for. The process will also give you an idea of what a session might be like.

How long is a session?

A session is 50 minutes long.

How much does it cost?

​

An initial consultation costs £70, payable in advance. Fees for on-going treatment can be discussed and are charged monthly.

Do I have to come every week?

​

This kind of work is most effective if you come regularly. 

​

Will it help?

​

This question is important but not possible to answer definitively. Putting feelings into words and being understood is important for sense of self. It can also be disturbing to explore underlying issues. However, it is frequently a relief to face things that have been hidden.

What about breaks and holidays?

​

I let you know about my breaks well in advance.

Where are you based?

​

My consulting room is at my home in Wokingham. It is 20 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes drive from junction 10 of the M4.
