About Me

I trained at the Tavistock Clinic in London and have worked for a number of years in the NHS as well as privately. I am registered with the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists and the British Psychoanalytic Council. I am fully subscribed to their code of ethics.

I have extensive experience of working with adults with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts and eating disorders.

I see my role as helping you to understand yourself.
